Impactful Wellness: The Health & Wholeness Credit (Beta) Program
Each household can receive a credit of up to $100 monthly towards their PRA balance. Once the PRA threshold is reached, this credit ceases to exist, and it is important to note that refunds are not an option. This valuable credit is applicable to any of the following categories including:
- DPC (Direct Primary Care) memberships
- Naturopathic Medications/Supplements
- Acupuncture
- Services rendered by Naturopathic Providers
- Gym Memberships

Important Details:
- Requests must be submitted 60 days from the date of service (date services were rendered or products purchased) in order to be considered. Any submissions that fall outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
- Additionally, submissions for future dates will not be accepted.
- This credit will only be applied for the month that products were purchased and/or services rendered. Amounts in excess of $100 will not be applied to future months.
- This program will start July 1, 2024, and only products and services rendered after July 1, 2024, and before December 31, 2024, will be considered.
- No changes to the existing guidelines will be made at this time. Program will be re-evaluated after December 31, 2024.
- Products or services related to pre-existing conditions will not be eligible for this credit.
- Not available for Impact for Seniors members.
- Only submissions via our electronic Health and Wholeness Credit Form (HAWC) will be considered. Any claims submitted via EDI or mailed to the PO Box location by a member or provider will not be eligible for this credit.
