Yes, there are conditions and guidelines for membership in Impact Health Sharing.
- An Impact membership will be cancelled if a member does not deposit their Share Payment into their Share Account for more than two (2) months. Only Eligible Medical Bills incurred on or before the Cancellation Date will be considered for Sharing.
- Medical information is provided during the application process. If an applicant or member fails to disclose medical history, lifestyle habits, or choices that may disqualify them from membership, and that information is discovered, medical bills will not be shared and/or membership may be cancelled.
