Can employees have Impact Memberships through their employer?

Yes, Impact Health Sharing has a group sponsorship program.

Impact Health Sharing can be offered to your employees, but it's important to note that Impact is a Healthcare Sharing organization, not an insurance company. Impact does not meet the requirement for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) as defined by the ACA for employers with 50 or more employees. For employers with fewer than 50 employees, you can certainly offer Impact Health Sharing to provide your employees with access to quality health care. For employers with 50 or more employees, you would need to offer a MEC insurance plan but can still offer Impact Health Sharing alongside it for additional benefits.
