      Can an employer purchase Impact Health Sharing for its employees?

      As an employer, there are different requirements that you must follow when offering healthcare coverage to your employees.

      Dependent upon the number of employees, there are different requirements when offering healthcare coverage.

      Generally, there are requirements for employers with 50+ employees that require you to offer a Minimum Essential Coverage insurance plan.

      Impact Health Sharing does not meet that requirement. There are ways to offer Impact along with a Minimum Essential Coverage plan. We encourage you to speak to your tax attorney for additional information.
