What if I don't agree with the action taken on my medical bill?
Members can appeal bill-sharing decisions if they believe:
- The medical records were misread.
- The guidelines were misapplied.
- One or more of the member’s providers incorrectly recorded their medical history.
After a review by Impact Health Sharing, if the member disagrees with Impact Health Sharing’s decision, the member has 90 days to request a review by a seven-member Appeal Panel established by Impact Health Sharing.
